Pre-season training gets underway at Colinton Mains Park on Wednesday 11 July (6.15 to 7.45pm).

There will be further sessions on Wed 18th, Sun 22nd, Wed 25th and Sun 29th.

Normal training sessions will resume from 30 July on Mondays (6 to 7.45pm) and Wednesdays (6.15 to 7.45pm) until further notice.

If you know of anyone interested in joining the team bring them along to one of the training sessions being held between the 11th and 29th and introduce them to either Mark or one of the coaches.
